Sometimes I’m getting zapped randomly without knowing how or what. Is there a way I can find out what was zapped?

Which client are you using? Normally there is a notification button

On damus people can only zap profiles. So I am not sure if people get notified or not when I zapped them.

Which client are you using?

If someone has zapped your profile, then it can't be linked to anything. Otherwise, on note zaps, it's possible to see who zapped the note on some clients.
