Not really. Soon as you agree to ToS, you agree to there rules and policies. This has been going on with Apple over a decade. Not just with crypto/nostr apps.

yeah, but i am not sure that a terms of service agreement can have priority over UDHR.

A Tos in violation of UDHR would in my opinion be void.

But yeah pretty far ooout. It would be funny though
