Imagine you go to the store today and find out you can not longer buy raw meat. You look at the news and see there have been many recent outbreaks of food poisoning from people eating undercooked low quality feed-lot meat. Since the government cares about your health they have decided to mandate that it’s cooked before you can purchase it. And better yet they have invented a new technique where they can mutilate the fat to make it inseparable from the protein! For this, there’s no reason given, other than convenience.

Does this sound crazy to you? Make you angry? Now you understand the ridiculousness of making raw milk illegal.
