I've definitely experienced that. What has helped me is the so-called 10,000 steps a day minimum. Plus coffee and tea.
It also helps to add or include 30 to 40 minutes of bisk walking with your 10,000 steps minimum.
Back in my school days I had to get in the zone. I was in healthcare, and it required a ton of reading and retaining. Sometimes I'd have a little wine to settle me down to study.
Then it was cup after cup of warm tea to get in the zone and stay in the zone. With breaks for food occasionally.
