I can see 1 and 2 happening over time. I'm not really sure what sort of relay incentives would or could be offered? What do you see as some possible ways to incentivize relay operators?

Posting videos is going to cost more for example, so maybe it’s deciding how an app is going to charge for that. Directly from poster, or from advertising, or something else? Sharing that revenue with relay operators

advertising revenue is lazy and most users hate it.

Agree. People need to pay their server and storage bills. Some sort of monetization needs to happen eventually.
