I'd suggest Boswell for starting out. They have a good selection of everything, so you can progress through the different types of tobacco and find what you like. Corncob for your first pipe, and matches to light. You need some pipe cleaners and a "pipe nail" for tamping/cleaning. The Pickle can give you an idea of what that all costs at today's prices, but I'm pretty sure still under a hundo.
