I raise cows, there are many cuts on cows that are difficult to cook. It’s unfortunate there are so few really great cuts on each animal. This fact alone keeps me shopping for commercially raised beef, because I really just want to eat the best parts of each animal. There is room for innovation in this space.

How do you feel about 3d printed meat?

So I think that synthetic blood grown meat can be organic and wholesome. I think it’s likely the 3D technology will need to be accommodated in ways that will likely compromise human health.
