I had a few calls from friends and fam members this week all on one subject. "Do I think the U.S. Gov'ment is going to shut down?"
In all instances the question was asked with urgency/concern.
My internal mind response: if the success of your household in the short term is dependent on the actions of the Northmen North of Richmond, you are failing as head of your household. Fix that isht ASAP.
My external response: it's very possible, but it'll likely be < month. If you briefly think like a clown, it makes sense for the two parties to dishout some black eyes and bloody noses going into primaries and general election cycles. This is how clowns think. Maybe someday we'll have actual grown ups in those positions.
