With SEPA hence KYC? Binance or Kraken. Instant deposit through SEPA.
Then there are Revolut and Crypto .com - both of them getting rich of fees. Fees to swap, fees to withdraw etc etc. Not worse your time (or money).
Ah I also see a lot of Swiss apps as well. Thought they maybe better somehow then a CEX
It all depends on what you want to do. But by using SEPA the KYC is implied. Hence, I'd recommend using Binance or Kraken. You get the spot price for Bitcoin and, depending where you are in the EU, you can withdraw through LN on Kraken.
For no-kyc there is other apps or ways.
