Hey Brock, if this is the first time she's going on a low carb diet, it sounds like oxalate dumping. I would recommend she transition slowly into a carnivore diet through a minimum of 6 weeks, but some people can take months. It all depends on the amount of toxins her body has accumulated over the years and her previous diet. Some people even take years.

I have a video on how to transistion on flare.pub

Things she can do apart from transitioning slowly:

-Take vitamin C (lemon juice can be fine here)

-Hydrate herself very well

-Eat some oxalate containing foods to lessen the dumping intensity. Things such as macadamia nuts and pecans (avoid almonds cashews and peanuts which are higher in oxalates), brocoli, cabbage, blueberries, strawberries, zucchini, cucumbers, black or green tea, etc.

Cheers!

Just realized an error with my recommendations, for some reason I wrote Vitamin C, but I should've written citric acid (it will have some vitamin c anyways) instead. Your body can create oxalates from vitamin C, so we don't want to be taking that in big amounts from tablets, for example.
