Because it's in the ocean what they have us looking for is in the ocean and they know it is. That's why they have us looking the opposite way which is to the sky...

I know we should respect the ocean more - it’s our main lifeline, it’s where life itself came out from.
I spent 20+ years on and under the ocean. There is nothing more unpredictable, nor unforgiving. Simply beautiful to me.
Wow… I’ve spent quite some time as a lifeguard, but not even close to 20 years. What you’re saying is so amazing. Is it’s turbulence & mystery what draws you to it? What have you learned about the ocean in all of those years?

The ocean environment is simply awesome. Changes depending on the area you're in. I was in Sonar, so sound was (is) my expertise. How it travels in water; how topography and surface action can affect sound; and how to use that to our advantage. I could go for days and barely scratch the surface.
Beautiful and unforgiving. The ocean is not to be taken lightly.
