If “we are all Bitcoin” is a valid expression, then to improve Bitcoin would imply improving Bitcoiners as well.

Objectively if Bitcoin is more than money (provable through physics) then Bitcoiners operating on a shallow understanding of what it is, is suboptimal for the network. A shallow understanding creates shallow protocol development, shallow companies/products building on an incomplete understanding of the base layer. Are you sure we actually understand Bitcoin?
