Is good, but the biggest disconnect from university to reality is how to deal with people challenges in real life. No better read than Dale Carnegies how to win friends and influence people. This is a bible for human OS. Order 2 copies and read once a year.

and yeah, i definitely agree

university just can't give you that same lesson about people when power and money come into the picture

After Dale Carnegie, Read Robert Chaldini’s “Influence”. Another fundamental human OS gem. If you can handle that then get into Danny Kahnemans “Thinking Fast and Slow”. This one is dense AF but a deeper layer of fundamental Human OS. These are 💯 must reads imo for understanding of psychology if that is something you’re interested in
