I went low carb high meat/eggs/etc. recently and it feels weird and erratic. I wonder if it'll stop feeling weird.

From a normal -> carnivore or the other way? Either way, feel like I know what you mean.
Uh, like a small step towards carnivore. It's a bit chaotic, but I'm generally headed that way.
Maybe there's a psychological aspect of the keto flu, especially when you ease yourself into it - you're not so sure you're in it. Add in Keto Chow mineral drops, they help a ton when you remember. For me, I douse my steak with it and then just cook it like that. When you get past the ketosis you feel weird but also good, at least for me. A weird positive mania and you feel like you can just keep going 😅
I think I'm at a point where I feel jacked and have an anti-craving for carbs. It's very confusing, so I'm just having some yogurt with honey.
If you think that this funny feeling might be related to keto flu, recommend keto chow mineral drops. Basically just put it on steak and cook it, you're not going to lack any minerals and the negative effects are minimized :turtlehappy:
Drink lots of water, have lots of salt with your food. It starts to feel insanely good once ketosis is in full swing (a few days in, usually) and you have enough water and electrolyte intake.
That's been the main thing I've noticed when I look up keto flu, is that I really need to stay on top of water/electrolytes.
I've been carnivore for over ten months and love it. It takes weeks to a couple of months to become fat adapted. Are you getting enough fat?
I'm pretty sure I am considering the amount of fat I'm cooking with or is already in my ingredients.
My body is probably just in that transitioning phase from sugar-burning to fat-burning.
Takes about 10 days. I like to go full retard strict for 10 days then ease in some complex carbs.
