What's a simple #bitcoin on chain wallet for some one brand new taking their sats off an exchange for the first time. Something on a phone app that is easy to set up but still has private keys?

I don’t think so. Just for on chain.
Ok. Thanks. I'm still learning. Seems like on Chain would not include lightening wallets. Makes sense.
