It’s not one fixed recipe — I have developed different herbal blends, each lovingly created with intuition, experience and care. Depending on what you need — be it deep sleep, relaxation, grounding or gentle healing — I use the blend that fits best. And if you have something very personal you’d like to support, I’m always happy to create a custom mix just for you.
