I read everyone says iron is the best for cooking meat, and since I saw your last ribeye looks really well cooked..

What I dismissed until some months ago on cooking steak, is to leave it out of the firdge long enough so it is cold when I cook it. Game changer 😅

I see also you use a thermometer.. pro stuf, I am not there yet ahaha

(*isn't cold when I cook 😅)

Actually it's the cheapest thermometer

you really don't need it after a while

It’s pure stainless steel.

I’ve been experimenting with cooking meat for a long time and bought a lot of different grills and air grills, but this $50 pan has finally ended my search for the perfect cooking tool.

All you need is the pan and a bit of practical thermodynamics. :)

It’s only my third day using it, but it’s surprisingly easy to work with—though it does take a bit of practice.

As you can see, I even managed to make a sauce!

This is what I use in the last year.. not bad, but I feel is not the best, even if a lot better than what I used before.

Don't know the material, they call it Pietra Lavica, that would mean vulcanic stone, but it's not that 🤣😅

I used quite the same before I bought a new one

I just felt everytime that something was missing

I'll try again later the same grill pan later just to watch what I can improve in cooking after my experience with steel pan

Please share results 😁😋
