I’ve been wrestling with this block of pork belly for about 20 minutes, but finally managed to roll it up for the next step of making chashu pork.
It won’t be dinner tonight since it needs resting time in the fridge, but now I’m stuck on the big question—what should I have it with?
Just a simple bowl (or two) of short-grain rice? 🍚
Or should I go all in and make ramen? If ramen… tonkotsu or shoyu or just shio? 🍜
Decisions, decisions… what do you think?
