“Real” is a descriptor for honest people that genuinely lay it all out on the table. Being based in reality.
Ex. “That’s a real mofo”
What it is not, is telling/asking someone to be themselves.
You might be confused, “be your real self” and being “real” are not the same thing.
I do not follow. What do you mean "genuinely lay it out on the table"?

Do you mean like someone who is blunt and lacking social awareness or tact when they are speaking? Someone with no filter, basically?
You can be honest and have social awareness. Honesty isn’t really offensive imo, it just is what it is.
Yea I agree. Honesty is not rude in an of itself. But at all. I think what is rude is not knowing when to be honest and speak your mind and when to keep your mouth shut.
There are some that use it with poor timing.
That’s the beauty of free speech though 🤷🏻♂️

So it sounds like what you mean by fake people are liars?
Essentially, but I would say fake people are more so led by a motive/agenda and will lie to get what they want.
Ex. Wanting to fit in and look like the Kardashians. Will lie, cheat, or steal to get the surgery and play victim if they get called out or in trouble.
