You drink a mocktail. There are low sugar option. Mostly with juices. But cutting sugar out completely is difficult. My got to mocktail is a mojito. Lime juice mint syrup and soda water.

Fun fact: you can simulate carbonation by placing a 9v batter at the end of the glass and placing your tongue on it while you drink.
