I don't see why there won't be in the future, if even today so few people consider it as a danger. But if they know the personal details now, they can use it anytime in the future too. Most people won't move anywhere because of their friends and relatives. These people can be tracked on other social media sites too. Until someone is only using Facebook or Twitter and not posting about Bitcoin no one knows he or she is involved. But after using the Orange pill app just one mistake (same picture, text or shared link etc.) and the profiles can be connected. I think now every big (socialist) country making lists about their Bitcoin users. Not just from the data from the exchanges, but from other sites (Facebook, Twitter, Orange pill app etc.) too.
Discussion
When bitcoin is 7/8 digits nothing will be different from now, few people will have hodl from today, just like few people have hodled all the way fro bitcoin was $100.
This doesn't contradicts what I said. The built database needs to be "manually checked". There's a big motivation for it because even if just one of them haven't sold their stash it can be a fortune. All the people on the list needs to convince that they already sold it... All of it. I don't say this will happen and definitely not in every country, but the financial motivation will be there for it...
