Get one of the industrial sized e-ink displays usually used for signage or menus.

Art looks great displayed on them in a nice frame and you can change the picture whenever you would like.

I could not find an example with art but this guy is displaying the front page of the newspaper.

Looks nice I have just watched a clip of this one on youtube.I have not seen an eink with that many colours before.

This YouTube video is what first raised my interest about something like this. I do think there is something appealing about the simple black and white as well.
