Yesterday I broke my liferecord at fasting, 94h.

4 days almost.

The week before I ate bunch of crap food, sugar especially. I wanted to clear my body AND clear my mind: to get back clarity of thinking.

I like challenge myself too, stretch a bit and see how far I can go.

Weekend is for recovering...:)

I get clarity and more lightness after 2 days.

3rd day was a challenge, "test day" :)

4th was the best - lots of energy, good mood that I wouldn't even get with coffee...

Last time I've done such a marathon was few months ago, so yes, IT IS safe and healthy.

I think I'll practice it before important events in my life. It really gives energy and clarity and just better focus.

Break the fast with some bone broth, you can even extend it by another couple days with broth as supplement.
