The typography needs to be more consistent. Because it's not the O reads as a logo inatead.

You mean the O in this form stands alone as the logo?

So I could try to write the text in the standard font and place the O next to it.

As a web designer, I’d just use that ‘O’ as the favicon and would probably feature it as a stand-alone graphic on the site.
