2) if you are not a very organized person, get a human assistant that is (reach out to me if you need one! i train them)

3) make your growth theirs & their growth yours! in our fast changing work world - especially remote, acvountability and reliability is rare. but technically easy to create IF you’re down to invest in a longterm team
