150 pushups a day is about as hard as 100 pushups a day was for the first two weeks…. Once you realize you are your own ceiling then you keep pushing …. Your current limit is the starting line

I had a sensei when I was young who said the only correct answer to how many push ups you can do is to answer with a question: I don’t know. What is at stake?

His point was that if it was for a large reward or to save a loved one, you’d likely find ten more reps in you.
