25 days into a yoga programme for helping my back pain .. it is awesome!

I've never been into the whole fitness thing. However! I am finding 30 minutes in a morning, and 30 minutes in the evening to be a mahoosive help when it comes to pain in my back (or lack thereof, if you will)

I'm so pleased! I highly recommend it!
