The one on the left is the natural color of yolk. Right has been fed with some aditives.
Not neccesarily bad, but when they decide to enhance color of the yolk, it makes me wonder what else did they add to the mix.
The company is "new Barn Organics" --- they do regenerative farming and chickens are pasture raised. So they have access to a variety of plants and grass and bugs that can turn the yolks orange.
Website says they also have organic vegetarian feed.... But farmers meet a bunch of good farming/animal welfare standards....
I think the eggs are delicious...even before I saw the color variation.
