Alan Watts was a smoker and a drunk, yet I fail to register any fakeness or bloated ego.

The guy was more spiritual than most avid church goers and self-proclaimed gurus.

I was very excited when I first found Alan Watts. I saw him as a link between Eastern and Western wisdom. I was halfway through his works when I learned about his smoking and drinking. It didn't influence how I view his legacy.
