Yeah, it doesn’t work for everyone. Just gotta test it and see how it feels.
Hadn’t heard of keltic seasalt, might have to try it. But raw liver? Oof, maybe not 😅🤣 Good for you though!

And ofcourse liver! It’s the most nutrient dense food on the planet! It gives you huge amounts of benefits! Organ meat is a must I would say. Make it a habit and you’ll start appreciating it
