@Start9 After flashing StartOS 0.3.4.3 for Raspberry Pi to an SD card, I note that the file system of said SD card appears to be FAT16 - is that right? Flashing Umbrel to the same SD card and it’s FAT32. Any reason for FAT16?

mkfs.vfat automatically selects a fat size based on the size of the partition. It doesn't really matter, as it's only for the boot partition.
