Either way my point stands even my analogy is subpar in your eyes.

Millions of people died, estimated up to 5million.

% of population terms is wild.

The warring was over Jerusalem & the holy land though, so the historical reference fits quite nicely for me.

Just like in Yemen & Syria today the bulk of Muslim casualties comes at the hands of other Muslims.

You got pushing millions of deaths over the last few years just with those two conflicts.

But the Islamic jihad mindset reaches all the way to France.

Oh, yeah, if there were no Jews in Israel, Hamas, Hezbollah and other terrorist groups would be killing each other. They envy/hate Israel's success, but they have no plan to improve their lives or to take care of themselves, their families and their communities.

Sadly so, the separation of church state was & will always be bloody.

I see your point and your analogy, but then again, what were they supposed to do back then?

It's also valid to point out the anachronism. People today have access to information, technology, and historical knowledge. We shouldn't judge people from 700-900 years ago with the same criteria we judge people today. And just to be clear, we should be harsher with people today.

And just to conclude for now so I can start my day: if we disagree in 1% of matters then we should be 99% partners/friends, not enemies. Have a good one!

Always frens 🫡🤣🫂
