Gm enjoy! π€
You do the lemon too? Nice. Just rub it on hot grill, or you got some other tricks? What's the liquid on side about?
just rub it on for cleaning
liquid is greek homemade tsipouro (from grapes)
That sounds very interesting. Looking it up
"Greek spirit distilled from grape pomace, similar to Italian grappa, and is popular in Macedonia, Epirus, Thessaly, and Crete (where it's known as tsikoudia). It is typically 40-45% alcohol by volume and can be enjoyed pure or flavored with anise!!"
Home made! Niiiice
exactly π, white comes from anise.
there are some special places where you can distill your grapes, every year October - November. It's like a small celebration in the rural villages in greece, people gathering and do this the hole night... with 40% vol..πCan't explain exactly
poker after 3 glasses would be different πππ
I can sell some homemade tsipouro packaged π
Greek cuisine is truly the Konami code of food.
but as for many countries, not in the tourist areas where the food mostly is an expensive scam π
A friend of mine went to Spain and Portugal for several weeks with his father and showed me photos of food he had eaten.
MASSIVE plates of amazing-looking food , cheaper than an extra value meal at McDonalds, and
β¦.drum rollβ¦.
No tip!
Love the no tip rule. You sprinkle a few bucks extra as a tourist and come off like a generous god
a friend (not greek) came to Greece this summer to visit us (rural Greece..). He was like ... wtf man, I could live here for the rest of my life if I had solved my "income-work" problem. I am sure he will come back next year π. Greece is nice if you have a certain income. But it's still too hard with politicians-corruption, everyday life becomes harder year by year and rural Greece looses population also year by year
