What do you use for meditation? Guided or without?

I use an EMR for my red light in the winter. He makes great lights with zero flkr….

Nice. I have a Vital Red Light tower that I’m using. I sit in front of it and mediate at the same time.

This beast is about 6’ tall and needs a 220v outlet. I love it and use it daily in the winter when I’m not down south.

It’s red & infrared light therapy to stimulate the mitochondria without UV light. And it’s cold in winter where I am so it’s a nice compromise.
