if it's any consolation, i believe there is good reason to suggest that all who are not genetically cut out for a high sugar diet reach for the bottle, because alcohol increases insulin response
i only learned this because i recently started to suffer a whole gamut of symptoms that match right up with type 2 diabetes which is from long term excessive blood sugar levels... persistent infections was the one that broke it from being annoyances to WHAT THE FUCK
cannabis also has a specific effect on blood sugar and insulin activity
the real cure is cutting out carbs altogether
i'm betting on cacao butter to have a big impact, and another one is fasting... i only managed half a day today but i feel it did make a difference, gonna try it again real soon
Try a three day bone broth fast. Makes it a bit easier since you are still getting calories, but will have the same effect minus the autophagy one acheives with a water fast
