A few very easy fixes

1. Slow down the backswing

Bring the club back low and slow

2. Focus on the target not the swing

I noticed you didn't look at the target once. This should be all your focused on - every when your eyes are over the ball. Use your peripheral vision for this

3. Less time over the ball

The only thing you're doing when you're over all the ball this long is thinking. The less thinking the better in golf

Your playing partners will also appreciate quicker routines

You're definitely on the right track though keep working at it

And don't forget - all the strokes are saved with the wedge and the putter
