I do not like the non delete thing on my part, it feels like your don’t have ownership over your data and your notes. That’s against users privacy. But again we are not here for privacy but for freedom.

Why would you want to take back what you've said? The ability to purge history removes the cost of being caught out in deception.
I have expressed myself poorly on the past. I have regretted the way in which I expressed myself.
Accepting that I cannot change this past expression pushes me to express myself more honestly & carefully.
Speech should be free, but you also should be held accountable for your expression. You should hold yourself accountable for your expression & move forward with intention.
Speech is a cheap form of action & I think adding some cost to it is beneficial in the quest for greater Truth.
Choice, as a user I want to have a choice, we are not in a court to hold my words against me someday 😂

As a Nostr user you can choose what information you want to share with the world. You cannot stop it from being shared.
You can forget your nsec & pretend it was never you, but your events will exist for a very long time.
This will never change, it's baked into the protocol design.
