It’s impossible to know the reality of the situation from the public filings, such is the nature of litigation. Swan is suing some folks for allegedly stealing their mining business. Now they are suing their lawyer that initiated that matter claiming that Gibson (their prior firm) betrayed them and went to their adversary (Tether) for more money. Who knows what really happened you can never tell from publicly filed pleadings/motions.
