Nostr streams are awesome. Most seem like they depend on Cloudflare or a smiliar service to do this at the moment but how feasible is it to do in a full self-sovereign way? Meaning dropping third party streaming services and hosting everything yourself, even the video/audio streams.

What about using something like keet or holepunch to stream without any limits whatsoever?

I'm not familiar with the technical details in holepunch/keet so I'm not sure but the video/audio needs to be distributed to all viewers in some way so I can't imagine that it could be "without any limits whatsoever"
