Our first burr oak nut!!! My husband planted the sapling about 13 years ago, and we knew that burr oaks take a long time to make the first nuts. Now it started! This makes it a special day😊. #grownostr #permies #trees

Awesome! I have burr oaks on my property up in Canada. I didn’t realize they have such an extensive growing range.
