The world is split into two groups.

1. Losers (people who delusionally believe they have no agency)

2. Winners (people who correctly believe they have high agency)

Winners understand the simple reality which is if you are fat or poor or stupid it is 100% your fault and 100% within your ability to change those circumstances.

It’s about the mindset. If you believe it’s your fault, then you can do something to change your situation. Nothing good comes out of believing your circumstances are divorced from your actions, but rather a result of external factors.
