Well, this should be an interesting day. Calm right now but winds will pick up (which is normal and not bad today) but the humidity is the crazy part, 4% this afternoon. Might need to water the garden twice today between the winds and low humidity. At least our high is only 87 today. Let's hope people pay attention today and don't do any burning.

Wow... even though I lived in AZ for a long time I had forgotten about how low humidity can get. Now that I live in OK the average humidity during the summer is in the 80's.
It's crazy low, I actually enjoy watching the weather and the only other time I've seen humidity this low was in the middle of winter in Northern Nevada. It created perfect snow making conditions and they ran the snow machines all day to stack snow since snow levels were low that year.
