That whiskey burn without the whiskey!! đŸ”¥

Does anyone else feel that burn in their chest when working out? It’s not food related as I workout in a fasted state.

Lower Body workout:

15-20 reps x 3 sets

Duo squats 185 lbs

Leg Press 405 lbs

Hack squat 120 lbs

Dead lift 95 lbs

Step ups

Core:

Leg raises

Toe touches

Bicycle crunches

Russian twists
