So I tried the pizza dough I posted on Friday on a bricked braai/bbq this weekend as planned. I quickly realized I needed to get some heat retained so it’d cook on top. I used some foil to do so. It kinda worked out. The bottom crisped extremely well thanks to my pizza stone I took along. All in all was a good result for first try, and without much planning.

We were out at a cottage in Chiba with our dogs. Was a nice relaxing time away from the “city”
