Ok. Thanks. I was thinking that but we usually are just garlic and onion and we Add some seasoning salt also. I use my pressure cooker almost daily

Pressure cookers are amazing! For sure spices are a cheap way to add depth of flavor. If you love octopus I would highly recommend it using your pressure cooker.

I usually just do rice, hard boiled eggs, rice pudding, broth, quinoa, canning jars. What do you do mostly?

With a pressure cooker/ instant pot?
