Was just sitting down to read “the creature from Jekyll Island“
And it came to me there has to be #nostr solution to this problem of Internet references.
#asknostr is there a Nostr app for this? is this already solved or is this a good app idea?
NOSTR does a good job of solving for this, imo. If this author were to run their own relay and publish the references as notes on the relay, the user will be able to access the footnotes from that relay and since the author is running the relay, there is no risk of the notes disappearing because a service provider changes a link.
