This is the way. Imo ice cream made this way is pretty healthy and you can't really overdo it.

Certainly does. Just for a treat as I have a dinner party tomorrow.
Wish the dairies here sold unpasteurised stuff they are all organic and using regenerative practices but I think the badgers and bureaucracy puts the off.
