It's made me cry πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. I started out with reading the Sourdough School book by Vanessa Kimbell, it did a great breakdown of why the flour does what it does and why you make the bread the way you do. But I really enjoy reading shit like that, so I might be a weirdo...
