Finished the day with two 1/2lb Wagyu patties drizzled in raw honey withstrawberrys on the side. Sipped on hot salted mineral water with a teaspoon of maple syrup stirred in. Zero auto-immune flare-ups thus far.

Been carnivore for about a year now. No regrets.
Had long banished seed oils and processed food, but I love real cuisine from Japan, Italy (esp Rome), and Korea.
I had dumped gluten and was doing well with brown rice pasta, but think the allergens added up. Highly suspicious that my love of hot peppers plus gut permeability has resulted in a night shade allergy. Tolerance for milk and soft cheese seems to have disappeared.
Luckily, I love animal products and seem to be able to tolerate fruit. In time I *should* be able to introduce reggiano, white rice, potato, and hopefully olive oil and some basic veg like mirepois. That will open the door to a lot.
Found some banana pasta at the store today!
Raw grass fed milk and cheese are the way to go! Grass fed meat in general is superior health wise in every way.
Fruit is good, but make sure you get it from a farmer that doesn't use pesticides. That's asking to ingest poison at that point. Olive oil is really bad for you! Use Beef Tallow whenever possible or Ghee.
I've never had banana pasta before. Is it good?
