Wow yes! I wonder how it secures to the vehicle.
Needs to be very secure. Otherwise box could be slipped out and opened later.
Good rig. Just have to lock and unlock it each time you get out of the car.
Security is a lot of redundancy.
Why? I can carry legally without a safe.
In the US that depends on state law. There are so many variations I wont list them all.
I like this setup for a couple of reasons.
One is its difficult to draw from concealed while seat belted and in the drivers seat.
Two I need a place to secure the firearm if Im going somewhere that I cant bring it.
